1. Introduction

At Crystal Leagues, we strive to provide a fair and transparent process for all financial transactions related to our soccer tournaments. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the non-refundable registration fee and other payments made through our Website. Please note that all payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers (e.g., banks or payment gateways), and we do not collect or store full payment card details. As such, we are not responsible for errors arising from incorrectly entered payment information, bank processing failures, or any disputes related to transaction details handled by these third parties. We recommend verifying all details before completing any payment.

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The registration fee for team submissions is explicitly non-refundable under normal circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs, eligibility verification, and operational costs necessary for organizing the tournament. These expenses begin to accrue once a team submits its application.Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Withdrawals or cancellations by teams after registration, regardless of reason (e.g., player injuries, scheduling conflicts, or changes in team availability).
  • Failed or incomplete registrations due to non-compliance with tournament rules, ineligible submissions, or insufficient documentation.
  • User-initiated errors, such as incorrect payment details, duplicate payments, or failures attributable to your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under limited and verified circumstances, such as:
  • Tournament cancellation by Crystal Leagues (not postponement or schedule changes).
  • Duplicate payments made in error, where proof of multiple identical transactions can be verified.
  • Processing errors directly attributable to Crystal Leagues’ administrative staff or systems.
Approved refunds under these exceptions will be processed within 30 business days after verification. Refunds will not be issued for partial tournament participation, match forfeits, or any public displays of information (e.g., profiles or scores) that have already been processed.
3. Postponements and Schedule Adjustments

In the event of a tournament postponement or change in venue, registration fees will automatically carry over to the rescheduled date. Participants who cannot attend the new date may request a credit transfer to a future tournament rather than a refund.

4. Third-Party Refund Limitations

As payments are handled by third-party processors, Crystal Leagues is not responsible for:

  • Delays in refund disbursement due to bank policies or international transfer timelines.
  • Any transaction or processing fees deducted by the payment platform or intermediary financial institutions.

  • Registered representative’s name

We reserve the right to deny refunds where required by law or to protect against fraudulent claims. For disputes, you may escalate to relevant regulatory bodies, but we encourage direct resolution with us first.
