Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Online Application Submission

Teams must complete an official registration form on the CCL website.

  • Visit www.crystalleagues.com
  • Fill in the following team details:
  • Team Owner & Management Details
  • Squad List (Minimum 16, Maximum 18 Players)
  • Club History & Achievements
  • Upload required documents:
  • Official team registration certificate (if applicable).
  • Player ID verification (national ID/passport).
  • Signed tournament participation agreement.
  • Registration Fee Payment: Teams must process the entry fee via the secure payment portal.

Step 2: Confirmation & verification

Step 3: Branding & Kit Collection
Every registered team will receive an exclusive CCL-branded kit for the tournament.
Once registration is confirmed, teams will be invited to the CCL Team Launch Event to collect their official gear. Each team will recieve:

  • Custom-designed home & away jerseys with CCL branding.
  • Training bibs, socks, and shorts.
  • CCL-branded accessories (captain armbands, water bottles, wristbands, and team logo pennat flag).
  • Official team media banner for promotional content.
  • Branding Photo Session:
  • Each team will have a professional photoshoot with their new kits. (if applicable).
  • Team introduction videos will be created for social media & live broadcasts.

Step 4: Pre-Tournament Orientation & Fixtures Release

4. Sponsorship & Prize Rewards

  • Receive a detailed match schedule and tournament rules.
  • Attend a technical briefing on VAR, referee guidelines, and fair play.
  • Participate in a networking session with CCL officials, sponsors, and media partners.

Step 5: Kickoff & Competition Begins!
